Balsam Hill would not help out with replacement bulbs or strings. Customer service told me that they were in clearance mode and couldn’t do anything to help. For $1000, I expected the tree to last twice as long as it did. Balsam Hill replied offering to help if I were to send them an email.

Unfortunate experience made better. We recently had an unfortunate experience with our 3rd Balsam Hill tree, while moving my daughter into her new home just prior to Christmas we set a tree in place and it wasn't lighting correctly.
