May 15, 2012 · Have been dealing with Bank of America for over 3 years. I didn't ' qualify' for HARPS program but they offered the ' inhouse Bank of America modification'. It took over a year to get this modification that DID not reduce my payment, it made it higher and almost impossible to pay.
