This bank's severe lack of common sense is overwhelmed by ridiculous protocols that are followed to a T despite overall incomptence. Not to mention the first time I ever saw a Bank of Ireland PIN they had forgotten to print it. This Bank has no problem leaving its customers essentially stranded and without any way to access digital banking.
