Barclaycard are absolutely appalling. Customer Service is the worst. I applied for the Platinum card because of the 27 months 0%, to replace my expired 0% Sainsburys card. They said they declined me, sent a letter saying my application was declined, then surprise surprise I received me new Barclaycard in the post this morning.
