Jan 03, 2007 · You can call the Animal Control and put in a complaint. Also talk to other neighbors about complaining, because unless they get MULTIPLE complaints, they won't do anything. I hate people who don't take care of their dogs and don't do anything about their poor dog's barking. The other solution is to train them through the fence. This is really hard.
