Nov 24, 2015 · We take responsibility for missing the payment by a day. Things happen. But, BB&T never notified us that there was an issue for more than 8 months. Instead, we received a letter requesting payment of $1200 in late fees. BB&T showed NO flexibility or understanding and took no responsibility for not communicating that there was an issue.
