I contacted JKHarris & Associates to negotiate a settlement with the IRS back in 1998. After paying over 110.00 per month for 9 months, the only thing they ever did was make an offer to the IRS for a settlement of $500. for a $3500 tax amount.

Got the BBB back involved and they(JK Harris) said they would return $1742.00 of my money. Thats keeping almost a $1000.00 for nothing they did. The BBB said they were satisfied even though I was Not. JK Harris sent me a contract of released and I would get my money within 90 to 120 days of the date they received my signed contract.
