Nov 18, 2013 · I can only tell you my situation with Window World. I'm sure if you look hard enough you could find somebody with a positive story that talking from an actual purchase experience. I know World of Windows / Window World has read this Ripoff Report, but again instead of fixing the problem, I still sit here with a lousy product.

That being said a quick review of the BBB website across all of the Window World franchises listed shows a majority of ratings in the 4 star range, a pretty good sign for sure. The majority of Window World reviews complaints have centered on specific problems with the windows and very few complaints focused on warranty issues.
