My house phone is fixed phone line and we register this phone line 2 years back and past 1.5 years the phone line is not working properly and intermittently the line was down without phone line and we can't use the phone almost 10 to 15 days every month for past 1.5 years and until today.

I'm experiencing the late night cut off technique to earn money, the contractors suggested to change the fiber optic wire but I refused and the internet continues to go down around evening and comes back on in the morning or 12 in the afternoon, TM should really up their management and crack down on these crooks, this is not the proper way to provide a service, not with these scheming rats.
