Incompetent Beko customer service. Beko customer service and domestic general appliances service are useless. I am a repair gas safe engineer, I called them to try and obtain information about part numbers and to obtain the exploded diagram, they could not help me if the Appliance was out of warranty, all I wanted was some technical advice.

Beko customer services is a joke, don't even bother calling. Told I would have to pay for an engineer visit and they couldn't tell me exactly when they would be arriving despite it still being under manafacturer warranty and that this happened the very first time it was unboxed.

I emailed the Beko complaints department to see if they would reimburse me for the cost of the replacement pump, but unsurprisingly they "refused". Beko make poor quality appliances that are evidently 'built-to-fail' in order to drive sales of replacement models, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.
