The build of our home is good but the cautionary tale relates to the manner in which you receive the aftercare. I suppose Bellway Homes like most businesses wish to attract custom through promises and customer service standards in order to build a reputation of quality and provide potential buyers a reason to choose them over other builders.

May 12, 2012 · Everything and anything has gone wrong and Bellway Customer Care should be named Customer killers. The main issue we are going through at the moment is that we have never been able to use the Nursery to date since we bought the house, during the winters. It is so cold because the room is directly on top of a carport and not properly insulated.
