This would be bearable - almost - if it wasn't for the mockery they make of the words "customer service." The people replying to calls and emails are dismissive and rude and utterly unwilling to help. We have had to escalate our complaint about inaction to the grade above regional customer care manager level.

Bellway inspected the noise issues in the house twice and customer care subcontractors agreed with me i.e. you can hear anything that goes on in any of the bathrooms (urinating etc.) - it’s absolutely disgusting.

Horrendous racist colleagues. Extremely unprofessional. Half of the (small) Customer Care team really don't care about people's issues and can be downright rude to customers - they are just there for the completely unwarranted high salaries. Sep 18, 2017 · I bought a Bellway home back in March 2016 and only moved in this year March 31st. My opinion of Bellway is once they have your money they do not care about any delays and just keep on fobbing you off with excuse after excuse. We moved in 1 day before the hard stop date of April 1st.
