I ordered a part that went into back order. Contacted Bikebandit through their online chat and requested a refund as the part wouldn’t be available for a couple months. Within less than a minute Hunter had refunded the full amount without an issue. Great Service!

Mar 21, 2011 · Bikebandit replied stating that UPS "have no record of these charges", which I guess is the standard answer they give to everybody who queries this. Despite the fact that I have provided documentary evidence to support my claims, bikebandit are not prepared to refund these charges.

It would appear that Bikebandit.com has a nice little racket going, not refunding money on a part I’m certain they will sell again. I have since ordered the correct part from 2wheelpros.com and received it in a timely fashion and for $25 less than Bikebandit.com charges.

This is the best way to manage and repair your business reputation. Hiding negative complaints is only a Band-Aid. Consumers want to see how a business took care of business. All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

Don't Order from BikeBandit. I have had a terrible experience with BikeBandit and don't recommend them. I ordered over $250 worth of parts a month ago and have had one thing after another come up. First, one of the things I wanted to order had 4 listings online with different prices and different item numbers, but the exact same description.

Apr 03, 2017 · In summary, here are my complaints: 1- BikeBandit refused to acknowledge my order until they were shown proof of it. 2- They tried to get out of honoring a lifetime warranty by saying it had been too long. 3- When pressed, they made a half hearted attempt to reach MotoCentric and then washed their hands of the whole situation.
