Feb 16, 2008 · It has come to our attention from neighbors of ours that Mike Bergey of Bergey wind power/ and Hank Zevallos of Home wind power feel that it is okay to take orders from their customers, delay doing anything for (as we were told) 3 months then have the customer cancel the order and keep a NOMINAL FEE and charge for product not okayed to ship.

They never worked as advertised and Southwest Windpower fired the Dealer. The company's Tech Staff took over to resolve the problems and sent several dealers & Master Dealer to work on the two Skystreams.
