I have been a customer of Bidz.com since 2013. Since that time I purchased items worth over $12,000 from Bidz.com. Up until mid-2017 I was satisfied with the delivery of purchased items from this company. Between August 2017 and October 2017, I ordered items worth over $1,200 from Bidz.com, which I did not receive till today, the 3rd February 2019.

I bought three items on Bidz which were going to be shipped within 3 days, ten days later I was old that stock has not arrived and will be dlayd another 2 weeks. I ordered a diamond knot ring on June 30/11 and it took nearly three weeks to receive it. Keep in mind that they have a 30 day refund policy. The ring had a cheap three prong setting and when I received it, the diamond didn't look very secure.
