But a report recently released by PortsToronto, the owner and operator of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Billy Bishop Airport), shows that overall noise complaints have gone down by 38 per cent in 2016. The annual Noise Management Report states that in 2015, there were 386 complaints.
