Our employee who signed up for the trial had cancelled the service 7 days late due to being away on holiday.

Im in the same position over £1k in debt now but unfortunatley they have passed this onto a debt collection company without any contact from QSL I can’t even remember signing up to the free trail if I did and they contacted me straight away then I would of paid the small fee now the debt company want to take me to court.
