If your credit rating has deteriorated since you took out your car finance agreement with Black Horse then it is unlikely that they will approve you - i could be wrong so you are free to try obviously. They don't offer any guarantees unfortunately even if you have paid them back on time every month.3/5

help needed. 3 years ago i bought a car from a dealer on finance arranged by Black Horse. (which i thought was a Hire purchase agreement). I wanted Black Horse to take the car back as i had lost my job but they said they couldn't due to it being a personal loan so i said i would sell it and pay them off but i could not do that as it was registered on HPI register as well
