Dec 13, 2016 · He had someone from his staff call. Which they setup for our local Mazda dealer to fix the car on NTB's expense. OK fine no problem. Well now it is about a month later and we are still having issues with our car. Ever since NTB touched it, it has not worked right. I called NTB's CEO the day after Thanksgiving and have followed up with 3 more calls.

I called the 1-800 Customer Service Hotline and left a complaint. By the time I was done with the phone rep, the tire arrived and was put on. I kind of expected a response with a couple of days. Finally spoke to someone who tells me work is in progress, when i clearly could see my car in the parking lot. Requested my keys and left. Avoid NTB silver spring at all cost, poor customer service, poor work ethic, no clear scheduling or any sort of management on display.
