Blooms today was supposed to deliver flowers and did not. Blooms today was supposed to deliver flowers for my mother in-laws Anniversary and it was not delivered on time. They said it was supposed to be delivered a day earlier and they don’t know what happened in the system. Management took no responsibility and would not offer a full refund.
