We have just found this complaint. Zoysia Farms is open Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM and can be reached at [protected] everyday to resolve any issues except between Christmas and New Years. We do deposit checks as received and hold orders until the correct planting time in the customers area.

Zoysia Farms had super service.. ... I ve seen negative reviews in the past, but most of those people s expectations from a living plant were unrealistic. I ve placed several large orders from ZFN, and the product has always arrived in good condition. Most orders I have placed arrived within a couple weeks at most, oftentimes sooner!
