We just did the Bluegreen timeshare presentation at the Dells also. Maybe we were lucky, but we were told in advance what to bring and what we would get. In this case it was a discounted stay at Chula Vista Resort for three nights in exchange for their "90-120 minute" timeshare presentation.

Dec 14, 2007 · Just like anything else a timeshare is worth only what someone else is willing to pay for it. Timeshares sale optimistically for from 20-40 percent of what is paid for them retail. Bluegreen on top of that has the highest fees in the industry. They have hundreds of complaints filed with the BBB and consumer affairs.

Both those companies clearly price their timeshares and do not secretly make better deals with those in the know. Their pricing is consistent and fair. Bluegreen has not been consistent or fair.
