We were excited with the plans and thought our salesperson was a good guy. Mistake number one: never think that the salesperson has anything to do with the product you are buying.

Oct 25, 2007 · Only a couple of days after filing my report, and BMR Pool & Patio has called and offered to do whatever it takes to make things right. One of the owners, Mike, called to let me know he had seen the report, apologized for the bad customer service, and made it clear that BMR wanted satisfied cutomers, and that he would personaly try to help me.

I warn those considering BMR pools and patio to be very careful, few people actually report their bad experiences and since having mine it seems this is all I hear about them. Bad work and bad experiences and lots of excuses. Others with similar experiences should add to this.
