Worked for soak.com for just over a year until they closed the Nuneaton warehouse & moved it to Liverpool. We've used both Bathstore and Victoria Plumb before. The VP stuff wasn't the best quality, but it was basically fine. There was a nick in the chrome on a tap and I asked for a replacement - sent one out without asking for the old one back, so now we have a spare that I will eBay when I get round to it.
