Stratstone BMW Derby (Sadly...) Avoid James (Head of Sales) at all costs. I have never been spoken to in a manner as appallingly in my life as I have by this guy. The branch as a general are happy to take your money and the new sales experience was average to good. Aftersales however is woeful.
