Sep 09, 2018 · So, I put a complaint in to the BBB. I recieved an email from a Manager at Pep boys but he didn't answer my question. The same question I keep asking. Why did I pay so much? I want an explanation as to why I paid so much. I know coolant doesn't cost that much. So, apparantly, Pep Boys doesn't see the need to respond to the BBB.
