I also reported this seller to ebay as selling copyrighted material but ebay just stands there and keep on telling me to contact them. Of course they will not answer. May 28, 2019 · On Sunday, my account was suspended for an intellectual rights complaint from eBay's Vero program. The only thing is, that brand was not listed under the program! So we had no idea of any wrong doing. They told us the only thing we could do is reach out to the company and have them tell eBay that we are in the clear.

I did so and they released their eBay complaint, they apologized, eBay removed the VeRO strike and everything was fine. I have never even heard of the beauty product brand before and noticed there was a market for the item (there are hundreds of the same product currently for sale, and I know I was unfortunately singled out)

Oct 06, 2017 · I have never had a vero agent contact me through ebay. It has always been through an ebay infraction. Could this be a competitor trying to push me out of the market? I did a search for the enforcement llc and they are connected with the brand, but I find it highly odd they used an ebay username and private message.
