I found a place to stay through Bregan Properties, I paid deposit, admin fee and rental, after all that i looked forward to moving to a new home with my family, apon arrival to the house to receive keys from the Agent i found out that the house did not have electricity and what made the situation worse the Agent didi not know where or how to find the meter number to purchase electricity.
