British Airways is a fine company to fly with, but their online booking tool is absolutely horrendous - you go through the whole process with your currency advertised, while at the end you are forced to pay in local currency of the country where ticket is booked; my first two attempts of payment (MasterCard, then Paypal) failed without any reason.

British airways however were incredibly helpful and have issued a full refund without any complication. I have been trying to reach British Airway customer relations to filed a complaint and every time I call they are closed. I am frustrating and furious because I am not able to speak to someone directly. My brand new suitcase was damaged, brand new, used it for the first time. I filed a report before leaving the airport.
