Jul 26, 2010 · I have recently sent 3 e-mails to the British Embassy Bangkok regarding important issues and asking serious questions. One of the e-mails was marked urgent and when, after a week I telephoned the embassy regarding that e-mail, I was told that the guidelines give them 20 days to reply to e-mails. It is now 2 months later and I have not had a reply to any of my e-mails.
