May 14, 2017 · Broward Factory Service we have the gold contract for our air conditioner and they can't seem to fix it and we have the gold contract which is states they are supposed to replace when they can't fix but its seems always to be our fault why its not working and they refuse to replace like the contract states. Aug 10, 2011 · My house came with home warranty under Broward Factory Service (BFS). After making 5 calls to them during the last 11 mo.for various problems that the contract said WAS covered,all I got was 5 excuses why they could not fix the problems.
