Oct 23, 2011 · The punchline, of course, is that you can only get the details of these people by asking BT - and I asked them 3 or 4 times to provide the details and they just refused. And I don't think Watchdog would be interested - they must get hundreds of complaints about BT each day and it's been that way for years - it's hardly breaking news for them.

Feb 05, 2018 · The Ombudsman said it was an Openreach issue and they only dealt with complaints for ISP's, so try my MP. My MP raised a complaint to BT Executive Level Technical Complaints team and they basically said Openreach wouldn't change or upgrade the cable unless it was hard down/beyond repair and referred us to the deadlock letter.
