So I check my credit card account online and I have two pending charges from Build-a-Bear on my credit card using up my available balance. Build-a-Bear says I have no orders pending and the items are still in my cart. Now I have to wait to see if those charges post. I tried calling Build-a-Bear but I was on hold forever so I gave up.
