Thank god I paid on a credit card as my credit card company also agreed it was not fit for purpose and refunded the whole amount which they are now claiming from build a bear workshop on my behalf. We have since bought another bear from Be My Bear online and it has been brilliant at a fraction of the cost and had fun making it together.
