Jun 27, 2013 · I got a call from the above company and it is in the contract that they will buy the timeshare for the market price if it has not been sold in 10 months. I usually believe if it sounds to good to be true it probably is, but if anyone has actually had luck with them I would give them a try. I checked the BBB and did not see any complaints.

I still have this awful timeshare and cannot get anyone to return my call, email or get any answers. We did get a postcard from Pinnacle giving us our customer number and was told our timeshare was priced too high and would probably not sell.
