Feb 09, 2019 · Still waiting for Home Depot / Kraftmaid cabinets. Ordered at end of May, cabinets delivered July 5th and two were wrong. HD swiftly picked up those cabinets and reassured me I would have corrrected cabinets within 1 week. Now its the 5th of august and waiting for a single cabinet that was ordered wrong .

"Kraftmaid Lacks Quality Control" Our cabinets arrived with multiple cracked, chipped dinged, dented and broken face frames. Their solution make you wait 2-3 weeks for replacement Parts. We had a cabinet with a broken face frame that too 2 weeks to replace. The new cabinet arrived in worse condition than the first, it has severe water damage.2/5(192)

"My Kraftmaid cabinets have been nothing but problems." This Cabinet Install from lowes is going on 7 Months now. And not finish in site.
