My tub is six years olds as well and Cal-Spa told me the heater is only warranted for five years. Seems like Cal-Spa could do themselves a favor, avoid complaints and unsatisfied customers by simply putting no label or 'Five Year Warranty' on the parts.

After many complaints, the california Cal-Spa people stopped returning phone calls or written requests. They simply 'ignored' us and our dissatisfaction. I hope that somebody reads this and NEVER buys Cal-Spa brand so they don't have the troubles we have!!!!

Dec 17, 2019 · we purchased our spa from a home show with the dealer being from 3785 east strawberry drive in Gilbert Az 85298, the salesman told us they would hook it up and it would be ready to use, but the delivery just dropped it off and refused to hook it up, we called the dealer and he said we had to hire a electrician to hook it up, we feel like we where ripped off by this dealer!
