The camera was in its own box which we did not open and just wrapped assuming it was the correct model just as we had ordered. When I called in March Cameta Camera asked me for the serial number off of the camera we had received at which time they confirmed that was the serial number they should on their system belonging to the order.

Jan 02, 2020 · Probably the only drawback that needs to be mentioned in the Cameta reviews is that the company can have problems with their shipping. There have been some customers who have filed complaints about packages not arriving during the set date from Cameta.com.It seems this has been just a delay and one can only expect this kind of issue from companies that receive so much orders in a day.

Mar 24, 2018 · Looking for feedback from anyone who has purchased equipment from Cameta. I'm looking at a DSLR and possibly a lens later. They have a better warranty than the more well known B&H , Adorama. Prices are similar. Any info would be appreciated. Long time lesser known store that is well established and respected by many of my friends.
