On Jan. 29, 2016 I received 2 envelopes from World Reserve Monetary Exchange. Both envelopes had the left corner torn out and one envelope had only 2 presidential coins in it. I called World Reserve and finally got a person to talk to and I had to fill out a claim form. I sent the claim form in on Feb. 16,2016. I have asked for the 2 coins ( Kennedy & Johnson) to be sent to me.
