Pros. Overall, I had a very positive experience working for Canadian Tire. Most of the Management was supportive and friendly. Although hours fluctuated based on the time of the year management did it's best to allocate hours based on employee needs, giving more hours to individuals who indicated they wanted more work to support their families.3/5
