Consumer warning. I have used CapCenter for years and been very happy with both financing and refinancing with them. I found their real estate selling and purchasing to be inexperienced and unnecessarily expensive when their agent failed or refused to heed my requests and warnings for two months regarding scheduling of back to back closings.
