Zara are the biggest liars and they offer the most appalling customer service in the retail industry. Zara online and Zara customer services are the most appalling I have ever experienced in my 20 year life as an online shopper! The service is absolutely below substandard, staff are rude and unhelpful, with a dismissive attitude. As a retail worker, the exchange only after 28 days is a basic customer service policy. Zara however, does not feel that this is a reasonable request. No help offered from staff and customer service stick to script rather than helping.
