I have made several attempts to contact Capital One Auto Finance in regards to the title to my car. In 2/23/2005, I was unter chapter 13. I have my paper work from the courts were Capital One Auto Finance requested $4, 923.45 as the amount that I owe them on my car. This amount was paid to them in full. No additional amount was filed by them.
