Fabulous customer service from Fiona at the Card Factory, Kingsgate, Huddersfield. She couldn't do enough from me, even arranging to have a 50th banner sent over from another store so that I would receive it in time. I also ordered balloons which were ready to collect when I went into store. It's my first choice of card shops from now on.
