I found this complaint on-line and my scenario was exactly the same. I received a call with a recorded voice saying the call was from "Card Services" telling me that I needed to "act now to save money on my credit cards or the offer would expire."

May 10, 2011 · Got my second call from Card Member Services today, telephone number 802 230-6357. When I asked to talked with his superviser he made a vulgar remark and hung up. I called Card Member Services. They are part of Chase and said they have nothing to do with the calls, that the abuser has illegally taken their name.
