I didn't provide them with any account numbers, just the case number on the letter and the last 4 of my SSN, and they already had a list of the transactions in question, which were actual transactions with Aliexpress and a couple local businesses.

The letter was not signed by M. Sanchez, just printed by computer, though he claims to be a "Fraud Prevention Specialist".
