Mar 19, 2008 · The manager of the service center would not take responsibility for this situation, and offered nothing to help. He blamed the Mercedes service center who had inspected the car for me a whole week before, and prior to the Carmax service situation. Bottom line, nothing fell off the car after Mercedes completed an inspection.
