Qatar airways' complaints department is worthless and a waste of time. This airline is NOT a 5 star service !!! Better treatment and a professional service from fly dubai. After nearly 6 weeks of waiting for a response all we got is a poor apology and lies from their cabin services department and booking department - to cover their own backs.

Cons-can be too overwhelming with all the rules and regulations, and can later be picked on by management -too much flying hour (7 days with 1 off required, then after they can roster you for another 7 days of flying) -management is too concern for the customer, and therefore the crew is often at fault for something that wasn't a big problem in the first place5/5(47)
