Told 2 to 3 weeks for my bed, eventually after 6wks and 1 day it was delivered, with no communication from the Poole store unless I called to find out what was going on. We called 4 times and visited the store again to be told we would contact you the next day to update you, however they never did. We Will not use carpet right again.
