It is surreal and slightly Orwellian. The calls themselves are 90% complaints from people who think they are renting a car at a great price but in the end a lot get scammed by the local office who either refuse the rental if they don't have a credit card, add insurance the customer never asked for or keep the deposit (normally over 1000 EUR).1/5
